Every month Delhi Telephone Company Family of Services
sends you a bill detailing the charges on your account. Your bill may include
charges for telephone, cable, long distance, and high-speed Internet services.
Your bill is dated the 5th of each month and is due upon receipt. Payment
(s) received after the 25th of the month are subject to Late Payment Fees
and/or Disconnection of Service (s).
The most efficient, convenient way to pay your bill is by using our
Electronic Funds Transfer Program or the Automated Credit Card Payment
Program. We will work with your bank or credit card vendor to withdraw
the exact amount monthly. Since you do not have to mail your payment,
you will save both time and money on check writing and postage expenses.
You will also avoid the risk of any late payment fees. With this service,
you will continue to receive a copy of your bill monthly, allowing sufficient
time for you make sure the appropriate funds are available and adjust
your existing balance.
When you choose either of these services, payment will be automatically
withdrawn or charged to your credit card on the 18th of each month. If
the 18th of the month is a Saturday, Sunday, or Holiday your account will
be charged on the following business day.

At any time, you may also pay your bill by mail, over-the-phone credit
card transaction, or in person at the Delhi Telephone Company Business
Office, 107 Main Street, Delhi. Business office hours are 8:00 AM -5:00
PM Monday through Friday. Payments made after business hours or on weekends
may be dropped off at the payment deposit box located at the right hand
side of the business door entrance.
